Wo Lai Yeh (我来也)

After being working hard on my presentation today, it finally come to a pause... (Still have 2 more presentation. (>.<) )

Yesterday was the tiredness day of all.

I sacrifices my small nap, working on powerpoint like hell. Eat nothing for dinner. Still felt nothing wrong with stomach when woke up early morning.

But as soon as I got work, I'm already feeling the rumble and emptiness in my stomach intensified.Arrrggggg (>_<)

I began to wonder why the heck I put in so much effort when I could simply take one of my previous presentation or friend's presentation. Make a simply modify then simply present it? huh?

After all i never did it.

I just took a very simple breakfast after all, plain water and bread... bleh~~~

I told myself i could reward myself tonight a good meal after finish all of those work.

Unluckily, i no living in city. It is a village. Nothing good to reward overall. Although still have KFC and Pizza Hutz, I don't think i am going to reward these unhealthy fast food while i often take KFC during weekend and i never never like the big bread pizza Hut.

Searching high and low in my food cabinet. I found last CNY stock, Wo Lai Yeh (我来也)!! The hokkiens called it 'bak gua', while mandarin name is 'rougan' (肉干).

It's a salty sweet dried meat and normally made in the form of flat thin sheets. The normal tradition meat is pork (non Halal) or chicken (Halal). Of course, as a one of the highly popular gift during Chinese New Year.

Ok here, I could snap some pictures to share with you. (Plan to make some of my reader dropping their saliva)

It was so so tasty that I finished half of it within a few minutes.

It is good, and i found funny when i read KYspeak last time which describes the taste as "when the meat melt in mouth, it taste awesome!!"

Make me like to volunteers myself to help them advertise bak gua. Here i am..

Hahahaha, i confess i am not a good advertiser. At least i am trying to be better. Trying to post more better photo/advertisement next time...

However, this thing doesn’t come healthy if taken too much. I have been trying to resist myself not finsh too many pieces at one go. I still have 11days to go, for having a good meal in KL, thought. (Please wait me, TIME!! Don't go the DIM SUM without me!!!). Need to keep the stock until the coming day.

As far as I know, mostly bak kua can be bought from Kiew Brothers or so call Wo Lai Yeh.

Some may asking, is there any halal Bak Gua anyway. "Sure have!!" i answer, if u ask. The only stall which selling halal bak gua called Grilled to Perfection. It located at the basement food court of Pavilion KL. (Don't ask me where is Pavilion, it is stupid if u asking).

"The stall offers three types of BBQ meat: sliced beef, sliced chicken, and sambal chicken. Their are priced at RM 72-75 per KG, very similar to the market price of the non-halal versions."

Harmful Food in Temerloh

Some of my friends keep questioning about is the Temerloh food that bad? Here today i will post it about food in Temerloh today!!

My housemate, Khor invited me for a dinner today. He is having on call today and not convenience for him to eat in town. (Which located 8km away.) So we decide to take a light dinner near by.

When step into one of the nearest restaurant, i starting to regret... the customer in the restaurant is NIL!! Actually it is normal, since 8 of 10 reastaurant nearby also about 2 or 3 group customers only for most of times.

I never order in a Malay restaurant before, asking what we going to order before we step into. Khor suggested we see what hear what then we order that blindly. Good idea thought...

We ordered Tomyam, Tangkong and Fried Egg with meat (Forget what it call already). Overall RM16, quite expensive for place like village.

I have not much to describe the environment. Just a small and quiet village's restaurant. The place is quiet at first but disturbed by annoying prayer song when we start our dinner.


Tomyam, sour and but not spicy, come together with one big prawn. So so only


Fried Egg with meat inside, not bad, just too much tomato sauce inside.


Tangkong.... I doubt how they cook the tangkong to have this taste? Really not bad if compare with the vegetable cooked by pro chief.

But after finished our dish. I noticed me and Khor still thirst after we finished a big cup of plain water. WTF, i just realize it~~ They putting a lot of MSG or what is known as Ajinomoto!! No doubt why the taste so different than plain tangkong which cook with normal salt.

As we know large intake MSG will cause harmful to our health! How dare they do that!! Here is the quote i picked from medical article "The consumption of MSG or Ajinomoto stimulates secretion of pentagastrin acid in stomach that leads to ulcers. It can also lead to cancer... blah... blah... blah..." The word of "cancer" already scary enough, no need for more detail.

So, friends there. Are you still want to question about the food in Temerloh then? I risked my health to prove the food in Temerloh. Maybe my life shortening now. LOL. I prefer eating bread while waiting for my favorite Friday night in KL!!

Kuantan party Report

Thank to Soh for invited me to his party this weekend. I know him when i working in enforcement. He is such a good, funny and talkative person. I would like to thank him for let me staying in his house during my 2 weeks attachment.

Last week, he called me asking when i am coming to kuantan again. Looking on my on call schedules, ya, i am not scheduled to having on call this weekend, so i manage to give him a visit.
He told me they going to have steamboat party when i arrived during Saturday morning. Yeah, party!

4pm, the house still empty. Well, their house is big and just 2 of them staying.(Soh and his gf, Jouann)

The party start 7pm, where all HTAA colleagues gathered. I admired their life, where the relationship between these colleagues are close. They almost going to have party and gathering every week!! Really different from where the place i am now.

The steamboat so far is "so so only". What else we can expected from steamboat? The taste always same la. Don't expect that got people will describe the steamboat nice like " when the food melt in you tongue, arrrhhh, it is awesome, like going to heaven...". If got this type of steamboat, please intro me. But usually i will think the person is SICK!!

We going to have poker games after this. Chat and games, it always do in the party right? We not going to have what disco dance la. Never expect for that. There are many topic they chatting about. Hospital, work, cars, entertainment... Most of times is complaining about work, lol

Here Soh's idea, who lost then he will get a cup of whisky. Poker without gamble is not fun enough, he said. Well, the taste of whisky is great especially when u finish one cup straight. The feeling of burning and hot sensation in ur throat and then spreading to stomach. After that the feeling of dizzness will come to ur head in few minutes. We finished 3 bottle of whisky...

The party we had last night was awesome, I want to thank everyone for coming. Hopefully i’ll be there again next times. But can't too often too. I am having on call for continuous 2 weeks. I hope that everyone had fun and enjoyed the party, if I wasn’t a good host, please file your complains elsewhere cos I’m not gonna give a crap.

CJ7 长江7号

Let talk about movie today. Having seen all the Lunar New Year movie premieres for this month. I think most of you familiar with this "CJ7" movie title. Yeah, it is Stephen Chow's new movie CJ7.

It's been a long and almost 2 year wait for the coming of Stephen Chow's new movie after his success in KUNG FU HUSTLE and SHAOLIN SOCCER.

Well, i heard some negative comments about the movie. This film is tend to infuriate many due to the fact that it's not a normal Stephen Chow's film. Of course lah, CJ7 could be an disappointment experience for those expecting it to be as outrageous as Shaolin Soccer or Kung Fu Hustle.

Why? Because this time, he didn't really try to up the comedy type he had set on like his past film previously. Hey, this is NOT a comedy film where Stephen Chow battling aliens with martial arts to save the world. LOL

The film is really a quiet father-son drama that happened to have a cute little alien in it. This time though, he had totally taken the backseat and gave the spotlight to the child actress. It's really not funny enough to be a laugh-out-loud comedy, but more a drama with many moments of wry humour.

Talking through CJ7, I had initially thought that it was amongst his weaker works, but then came the final act, which while it was emotionally manipulative. Yes, I cannot deny it when i know many of my female friend told me that they laughed and cried at the same time.

There's really not much I can say about this film, yes, it's rather funny, and may touching. But the side characters are memorable!! Yeah, the judo fat boy, the huge girl, the nose-picking disciplinarian, the loud-mouthed but soft hearted boss. I love the scene where the judo boy and huge girl in battle!!


I believe many girls will like the alien dog in Chow's movie, which i think is cute enough for them.




Oh ya, since the actual protagonist of the film is Stephen Chow' s son. You know, the child actress was a little girl that was casted to play a boy. Here is her actual pic.


One of the dialogue from the movie will be used quite often by Stephen Chow:

"我们虽然穷，但是不能说谎、也不能打人，不是我们的东西，我们不能拿，要好好读书，长大要做个对社会有用的人"

Meaning - "Although we are poor, but we cant tell lies, we cant beat people, the things that do not belong to us, we cant take, we must study well, grow up and become a useful person"

This is meaningful, which can use to say the same to your son or daughter soon. LOL

Computer issue..

It have been years i facing and solving computer troubleshoot issue. I not going to say that i am a professional computer or software engineer. I not taking computer course or any other course that related to this field. For those who know me, they know how well my computer solving skill and technology knowledge i am. All is just my experience and self learning.

I think most of you guy know how to format computer. It is very normal nowadays many knowing how to format the computer. Even my stupid cousin, 15 years old also know how to do it.!!

Wei, ask yourself, most of the times when you free at home or you work, what the thing accompany you most? Computer izzit? yeah, always computer, so it is no doubt most of people knowing how to format today. It like a part of my soul now, without it, i going to die. Thank for saving my life, my dear computer T_T. Sob**

After since i staying in Temerloh, it become rare for me to face any new technology and computer issues. Well, you know why. Sob** I now doubt that my computer knowledge going to outdating soon if i keep remain this poor place.

Today, here the chance!! My housemate laptop just formatted, and he facing problem to connect internet via LAN. Ya, it always happen when the computer is reformatted. Many found out that they can connect via dial-up but they can't connect via using LAN.

Arrrgghh, it is a very troublesome issues!! Reminded me that i faced this problem before and always end up taking the computer to PC's shop for the assistance. Now again.... But should give a try first.

Many things can cause Internet secure connection problems. Keep closing IE, opening IE, and testing. Scan for worms, viruses, and spyware. Configure Security settings, Enable Third Party Browser Extensions, Check Firewall/Network Configuration. Make sure that the SSL and TSL everything ok........

After hours of trying... BULLSHIT!!! I point my middle finger on it and said "F**K!!"

It still the same, can't connect to internet. I really hate this problem!!

Well, i wanna give up now. Exhausted trying.....

Then i starting searching forum by forum. Yeah, many facing the same problem too, but all the recommendation i already tried. It not working.

But i know it will be about corruption due to invalid or removed registry entries which not in my current knowledge now.

Suddenly, something catch my attention, a Winsock and TCP repair software... a software which restore the register entry and TCP for the internet. A freeware... so i manage to give it a try.

Yeah, finally it work.... T_T

The software cure the problem of lost connections after the removal of Adware components or improper uninstall of firewall applications or other tools that modify the XP network.

Well, for those who facing the same problem like me, they can make a try on this software. It damn useful.

I am Crazy Blogging now~~~

I doubt myself already crazy in blogging, today i totally wrote up 4 blogs included this. I plan to write more but it is enough, i am exhausted and tired now. My mind now still full of idea to write up many blogs. Hope i not going to forget it, i noted it down 1st.



I trying my best to make myself meaningful. My life now really meaningless. I totally change... (U got it, ASS and C.Sen). I become no responsibility, forgetful, laziness, dull..... Yeah yeah, finally i becoming really different than last time when i was in uni. Donno, maybe no food no meat no entertainment no friend, make myself becoming older and older, LOL. (Going to have Alzheimer's disease in this young age, PITY~~ ).

I think i am keep going "duo lou" (corruption). haizzz, "duo lou" ar... "duo lou"... (Sound familiar right? dear TES)

Whatever, now i trying to start finding who i am.. where my motivation... Arrgghh, i don't have a solid dream, no even a solid aim... It sound like crazy but i totally lost..

Now i trying my best to start moving bit by bit. I try blogging often, find myself some inspiration, some motivation, and know more about life... I believe i going to stand up again one day....

See how they "Lie" or Malaysia Boleh spirit!!

I not really into polities, i not going to judge who is good or bad in the world of polities. But this topic have been widely discuss among blogger. For those who following up news or reading newspaper daily, no doubt they will know about this issue.. What issue is that? Let see..

At he begining of the day, our Primer Minister strongly denied that parliament will be dissolved today (13 Feb)... I read from newspaper, here the prove...

Then afternoon, in the news and the Feb 14 newspapers:














What the F***???? The afternoon news itself saying the total opposite!!

For those who read newspaper one sure know what my blog meaning. zzzzzz, now many people complaining about this.

Some even said "This is truly the Malaysia boleh spirit." (Picked from Zewt's blog).

One politician even saying "aptly proved that this bugger is a liar, and double-faced in less than 24 hours apart, If you have to lie, lie smartly."

LOL, crazy ar.... i don't know what going happen in this polities wars. But at least a bit felt shameful to be a Malaysian when some blogger saying it is MALAYSIA BOLEH attitude... Man, i sick of hearing it. (x_x)

Election coming

Today, as usual, open up newspaper. Arrgghhh, again, all the news about the election which going to be held soon. It may still be a week away to nomination day. But the heat of the poll is rising in the news.

I hate it man, coz i never concern about what going to happen to my country's government. Whoever win the seat in the election is not in my concern. Gerakan lah, Rocket lah, BN lah, whatever. As long as the country don't turn into Islamic country which i need to wear batik, or no beer going to sell in whole country, or i need to change my name to Abdullah Bin Tangan Tuhan Akira Mohd Shah then it not in my concern for now.


Ya, who know maybe later i will start concern about polities. But sure is not now. I not going to vote in this election. Because it is Bullshit for me to go back Kedah just for voting. It is damn far ya know? Wasted my annual leave just for voting? No way!! Some ask me to register to vote in Pahang. NO WAY TOO, man. Too troublesome...

As in Zewt's blog saying, it will be such a mockery to Malaysians who refuse to vote. LOL, i don't mind at all. Coz it really not my problem. Some said it will make different if everyone going for voting. Ya i know i know, but for now, temporary i really no mood this years to make a vote, REALLY NOT IN MOOD at all.

On call.... On call... shh**

8.30AM... I waking up, dizzy... thinking of what the hell i need to wake up so early in my Golden Weekend.

Sob** I scheduled to have on call again this weekend again. Working 9am to 1pm. My hospital debt me about 58hours working hours. When thinking of it, i doubt i can claim all the times before 16 August. (All remaining hours will be BURN if not able to finish it, mean working for free lo..)

Well, as other said "hidup sekadar makan gaji", what to do, Sob** (I don't know my sentence correct or not, i confess my Malay is suck enough. During valentine's day, i ask my Malay colleague, "you tau tak hari ini HARI KASIHAN", LOL, make all my colleague laughed on me. It still funny when i thinking of it. Hari Kasihan, haha, suitable for some lonely single guy/girl, i guess.)

9am not going to have much patient, so i end up to snap some photo of my working place since someone requested a few photo from my working place. Here you go..

My lunch. All spicy spicy food, which all the food provided in hospital canteen is same everyday, day and night (mean lunch and dinner all categories of food is same!!! Never change for years i guess).
See also wanna vomit already. Always same thing for lunch daily, sob** sob** I already eat for over 5 month everyday. All are welcome to try the experience see. ^^

Then here come my dinner, bread again. sob** sob** sob**. I don't know how long i going to eat like this. Very frustrating every time friends MSN invite me for satay celup in melacca, or other best food in Penang (Penang food is the BEST so far i know, ^^)!!

Eat all these food in my illusion during eating my bread got lah.


Well, please don't sympathy me. Just post up some of my experience. At least i should gladly that i still have thing to eat compare to some poor population, which may only eat tissue paper only to fulfill their stomach... And also at least much more better than food in IJN which i worked last time, their food was terrible and superb pricey. Dreadful when think of it, x_x

Weird Dream or Stress Dream?

有时也会忽然间在要入睡的那一刹那，
忽然间“梦”到自己掉进一个很深的洞里，
然后很害怕的忽然间醒过来
大家都曾经feel过吧？

I had a similiar dream quite long time ago and it's still clearly visioning in my mind now.
After waking up, it didn't feel good at all.

Well, well.... this is NOT a made up story.

I had this same dream not only for one time, but several times.
It was all the same, and repeating.
But after the last time, which probably was 1 or 2 years ago which I am no sure, but i sure that happen when i was studying in university.(Happen more frequent when i was in my 3rd and 4th years, i doubt)

Now, i did thought of trying to let go one time in the dream to see what is going to happen. Until now, i Never had that dream again, Especially since i was working in Temerloh.

Weird? It sure is. But true, so is it....

But then again, most probably i will take it as a stress symptom.Even if i am ever going yo have this dream again, one thing for sure... i not letting go that easy. Hahaha I wish i can experience this dream again once more.
